MARTHA E. CASAZZA directs the Developmental Studies graduate program in the Adult Education department at National Louis University. She has serves as president of the Midwest College Learning Center Association and was founding chair of the Midwest Regional Development Education Symposium. SHARON L. SILVERMAN directs the Learning Assistance Center at Loyola University, Chicago, and teaches in the School of Education. She designed and developed the award-winning Learning Enrichment for Academic Progress (LEAP) Program at Loyola University.
