About the Author

JOHN BOULMETIS is professor of adult education at the University of Rhode Island, where he is director of the Institute of Human Science and Services. PHYLLIS DUTWIN is president of Dutwin Associates, a training and development firm, and author of eight books used in the adult education and training field, including English the Easy Way and Read to Work.
