This is Sallys candid, funny & touching autobiography. Through one intimate revelation after another, she shares the laughter & tears that accompanied her rise to the top of the male-dominated broadcasting industry. Told she would have little chance of success in broadcasting, Sally forged ahead to secure early jobs in Puerto Rico & Miami. Finally, she quit a hard-earned Miami radio position, piled her family & pets into a broken-down Mercedes, & headed for NY, where she was sure fame awaited her. Although it took longer than she expected, success was in the cards for this risk taker. As delightful & interesting as Sally herself.
