An anthology of fascinating & often amusing quotations about men by women ranging from St. Catherine of Siena, St. Theresa, Marie de Sevigne, & Mary Wollstonecraft to Zsa Zsa Gabor, Mae West, & Andrea Dworkin; they offer suggestions on what to do about, with, & without men. A magnificent compendium of wise & unwise words & warnings from the fair sex about the opposite sex. Offers a valuable source of ammunition in the ongoing battle between the sexes & a keenly hilarious parody of those who long for the day when, the battle won, men will be fully under the control of the wiser, more compassionate, more virtuous beings -- women.
