Eric A. Coleman, MD, MPH, is an Associate Professor of Medicine within the Divisions of Health Care Policy and Research and Geriatric Medicine at the University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center. A TIMELY SURVEY REFLECTING SOME OF THE BEST THINKING IN THIS RAPIDLY EMERGING AREA.
