About the Author
Peter Crisp has written more than 60 books, many about the ancient world. His books include DK's Alexander the Great, Christopher Columbus, and Secret Worlds Code Breakers and Explorers.

The lively text includes a brief, exciting account of archaeologist Howard Carter's discovery of King Tutankhamen's tomb.
