About the Author
Joe Habraken is a computer technology professional and author, with more than a dozen years of experience as and educator and consultant in the information technology field. A Microsoft Certified Professional, Joe has taught computer software seminars across the country. Currently, he serves as the lead instructor for the Networking Technologies program at Globe College in St. Paul, Minnesota.
