About the Author
Glenda L. Friesen, the owner of Training Solutions is a home based computer training, technical writing and publishing company. In operation since 1993, their focus has always been on simplifying the complex. Glenda has been in the training and technical writing field since 1986, and prides herself in listening to clients. The ByTE by BiTE series, developed by, Glenda, was published as a result of classroom feedback from her students. She has written several titles in the Byte-by-Bite series including Byte-by-Bite for Quickbooks Pro 99, Byte-by-Bite for Microsoft Office 97, and Byte-by-Bite for Windows.
