About the Author
Frank Derfler began his writing career with PC Magazine in 1982 and since then has become very well-known as one of the leading columnists in the industry. Frank also brings with him years of computer book writing experience. He is a noted author or coauthor of more than twenty books including How Networks Work and Building the Information Highway.
