About the Author
Jerry Ford is Microsoft certified as an MCSE, MCP in Windows 95 and MCP+ Internet. He also authored Que's Practical Peer Networking. He is currently an adjunct instructor of networking at John Tyler Community College in Chestor, VA, and works with a development team to deploy systems management architecture across distributed computing environments.
