Graham White has been creating commercial artwork since 1978. In 2000, he joined Firecrest, where he is a researcher and a creative writer. In his spare time White plays drums, practices calligraphy, enjoys photography, and records music. A husband and father of two sons, he has lived in the countryside of England all his life.

Grade 3-6-Hemon, 12, is certain that his father is lost in the Pharaoh's newly completed pyramid. He asks for readers' help in getting into it and finding his parent, whom he thinks is in the main burial chamber. To get there, readers must go through a series of mazes. Along the way, Hemon gives a sort of guided tour of the pyramids, their construction, the living conditions of the builders, and a brief overview of the burial practices and beliefs of the ancient Egyptians. The print size is very small; most of each spread is taken up by the full-color illustration. The book includes nine mazes and a puzzle, with solutions. Children who are into puzzles will enjoy it, and will learn something about the ancient Egyptians along the way.
