About the Author
Helen Steiner Rice's books of poetry have sold over six million copies. Virginia J. Ruehlmann has compiled over thirty books using Mrs. Rice's inspirational poems and is the coauthor of Making Family Memories: Crafts and Activities (Baker). The One who hangs the rainbow out
