Martha Earnhardt is the wife of racing pioneer Ralph Lee Earnhardt, the mother of the legendary Dale Earnhardt, and the grandmother of racing great Dale Earnhardt Jr. By cooking over a thousand meals a year, Martha became an expert at whipping up dishes to satisfy her growing family.
