Gordon E. Penfold (DMin, Talbot Theological Seminary) is lead pastor of First Baptist Church in Holyoke, Colorado, and the director of Fresh Start Ministries, which focuses on bringing health and vitality to plateaued, declining, and conflicted congregations.
