Hardcover. Condition: Fair. Dust Jacket Condition: No Dust Jacket. First Edition. A rather shaky withdrawn library copy. The card pocket and slip have been removed from the endpapers, leaving them in an unsightly condition, and the binding is starting to separate at the hinge, although some archival glue has helped reduce the problem.
