Synopsis
The "ideal" woman outlined in Proverbs 31 is an intimidating standard to uphold. Yet Sharon Jaynes and Lysa TerKeurst do not believe this model is impossible to follow. About the Authors
SHARON JAYNES is the co-founder of Girlfriends in God, Inc., a non-denominational ministry that crosses generational and racial boundaries to bring the body of Christ together as believers. Previously, Sharon served as Vice President of Proverbs 31 Ministries and co-host for their daily radio feature. She is the author of thirteen books including Being a Great Mom Raising Great Kids, The Ultimate Makeover, and Leading Women to the Heart of God. LYSA TERKEURST is the president of The Proverbs 31 Ministries. She is a nationally known speaker and award-winning author of 11 books including What Happens When Women Say Yes to God as well as Seven Life Principles for Every Woman, Capture Her Heart (for husbands) and Capture His Heart (for wives). She has been featured on various radio and T.V. ourlets such as Focus on the Family, Family Life Today, Good Morning America, Oprah Show, Woman's Day Magazine, and O Magazine, respectively. Lysa and her husband Art have five children and reside in Waxhaw, NC.
