Vicki Cobb is the author of more than eighty-five nonfiction books for children. This edition adds some new information while deleting and rewriting other lines of text effectively. Where standard measurements appear, metric equivalents are given as well. Beyond editorial changes, the text is considerably more readable due to a new font and better organization of paragraphs.
