From Library Journal:
Kinnamon argues that ecumenical dialogue involves a necessary tension between truth and diversity; and given God's sovereignty (which relativizes all human concepts) and the personal, or relational, nature of truth, the quests for truth and for community are actually very much related. With its scrutiny of the World Council of Church's Baptism, Eucharist and Ministry , the South African churches' "Kairos Document" denouncing apartheid as heresy, and conservative evangelicals' reluctance to get involved, this is lucid and compelling. Highly recommended. EC
