In Noisy, the two chimpanzees are shown sounding off with a dog ("Woof woof woof!"); a seal ("Clap clap clap!"); a lion ("Roar roar RO-OO-AR!"); an alligator ("Snap snap snap!"); and with objects such as a horn ("Toot toot toot!"), pots ("Bang crash bang!"), and a fire truck ("Vroom vroom vroom! Clang clang CLANG!"). In Monkey Around, listeners are encouraged to participate in the activities such as pointing to the animals, licking a Popsicle, and giving the chimps a kiss goodnight. The bright artwork done in primary colors and using simple lines makes the objects easily identifiable for this audience. Both interactive stories can be successfully used in baby programs.
