Hardcover. Condition: Very Good+. Dust Jacket Condition: Near Very Good. 1st Edition. First edition, hardcover, has very slight skew to spine, previous owner's inscription to head of first free endpage, very light bumps to upper corners of boards, slight bumps to spine ends and other corners, and a faint hint of sunning to spine, otherwise a solid, clean VG+ copy in a Near VG dustjacket which has significant sunning to front panel and spine, light bumps with short tears to spine ends and rear upper corner, and some edgewear with a few short closed tears repaired with clear tape to inside of panels. Hardcover. First Edition, First printing. First printing Fine in dark green cloth covered boards with gilt text stamping on the spine and front board. A small quarto measuring 9 3/4" by 7 1/2". In a fine dust jacket with the price intact on the front flap. 64 pages of text with black and white illustrations throughout. This is Eric Sloane's second to last book and oddly enough one of the most difficult titles by him to locate. Produced in two binding states with two dust jackets, one in green and the other in yellow. No priority can be found for either state. This is the yellow jacketed variant. Seller Inventory # TB26730
