Howard G. Nicodemus has been in the restaurant industry for over twenty years. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in culinary arts and a bachelor of science degree in business. Howard and his wife Jeanne have been married for twenty-seven years; they have a daughter, Nichol, a son, Christofer, and two grandchildren, Nikolas and Sara. In his free time, Howard enjoys writing songs and poems, weight lifting, and swimming. In addition to In Step with Life, he has also published Howard’s Letters and Writings from the Heart.
