Small worn-through spots in the cloth on the top edges of the boards, but otherwise, text clean and binding tight. The jacket is lightly edgeworn and chipped, but still mostly intact. Tiny water stain near base of spine. Biography of Jim Thorpe, the first Native American athlete to win an Olympic gold medal. Illustrated with black and white photographs.
