Each of the five senses is explained using correct terminology (iris, pupil, mucus, epidermis), followed by a series of experiments for readers to explore the sense. Each one includes a list of materials, step-by-step instructions, and an explanation of what should happen and why. Colorful cartoons clarify the instructions. This book is sure to be a hit with teachers and children who love "to do science" at home.
