Grade 2-4-- A delicious collection of jokes and riddles about many types of foods. Some will tempt a sweet tooth; others will satisfy a snack lover. There are plenty of fruity riddles. The seafood jokes could make a shark grin, and the vegetable riddles for Halloween could put a grin on any ghoul. The authors also include foodles: cartoons of foods that readers must identify. Several riddles printed in green ink are placed on each page; unfortunately, the answers appear directly below. Humorous black, white, and green illustrations accompany the text.
