He has helped to guide a generation of tax practitioners with his substantial writing, speaking and educating efforts over a 20-year period. Mr. Schriebman has written several books on IRS practice, procedure and collections. His qualifications as an educator, writer, speaker and practitioner earned the respect of the U.S. Congress. He was instrumental in the drafting of 1998 IRS reform legislation and testified twice before Congress on IRS reform.
