Guimond, John
"synopsis" may belong to another edition of this title.
Guimond writes of the meaning of Revelation for his own life and, in doing so, offers a profound spiritual meditation emphasizing the knowledge of one's own sins rather than those of others. Although he does consider the role of society, he finds much use of Revelation flawed by self-righteousness and recommends that we instead see the cosmic struggle primarily within our own hearts. The almost paragraph-by-paragraph commentary suggests various meanings and contemporary implications of the biblical imagery. Recommended for seminary and public libraries.
