About the Author

Paul Davis served as president of the Scanlon Leadership Network from 1993 to 2008. Since his retirement, he continues to consult, volunteer and write through his consultancy at epic-organizations.com.

Larry Spears is a writer/editor and president of The Spears Center for Servant-Leadership. From 1990 to 2007, he served as president & CEO of The Robert K. Greenleaf Center. He has published over a dozen books.
