Arthur Ciancutti, M.D., is the founder of The Learning Center, a company dedicated to researching the components of successful working relationships. He has taught at Stanford University's Sloan program and has addressed a wide range of senior management groups. Thomas L. Steding, Ph.D., has had more than 27 years of technical and executive management experience in building and growing high technology companies. He is president of RedCreek Communications, Inc., a hardware Internet encryption and security start-up.
