YALike the three previous volumes, this fantasy collection offers the stories of the merchants, visitors, and fair- wards at the lavish fair in Ithkar. Four teen authors have created a rich world of colorful detail and pleasing charac ters, many of whom are especially clev er and independent women. For the most part, these stories hang together well and have strong plots. This is sure to appeal to fans of the series and to those who like well-developed cultural fantasy.
