From the Back Cover

"Cutting down on sodium in your diet is a good idea for a lot of reasons. Two of the best treatments today seem to be: reducing the amount of sodium in the diet and controlling weight.

Many Americans want to reduce their sodium intake -- either as a preventive measure or because their doctors have advised them to do so. If you are one of these people, this book can help you do just that."
