Weiss is president of Self-Management Communications, a training and development firm. He has written numerous articles for popular management journals and is the author of several books on the subject. Here he uses the analogy of the wild goose to represent the benefits of teamwork and self-discipline. Geese fly in formation to maximize lifting power and will fly for hours on end.
