For the past 30 years, John Drake has been a consultant to America's Fortune 500 companies. He founded and served as CEO of the world's largest outplacement firm, Drake Beam Morin, Inc. (170+ offices in 27 countries). He is well know in corporate circles as a psychologist, consultant, speaker, and author. He has five published books including a management bestseller. He is a licensed psychologist who obtained his Ph.D. from Case-Western Reserve University. Currently, Dr. Drake is Chairman of the human resources consulting firm of Drake Inglesi Milardo, Inc.
