About the Author

Nava Dayan received her Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. She is currently the Research & Development Director for Lipo Chemicals. During her 18 years of experience in the personal care field, she has contributed significantly through technical articles, training courses and presentations. She provides a unique combination in her background in pharmaceutics with her extensive background in practical and fundamental aspects of skin science and technology development. She has written numerous award winning technical papers and successfully established networks between industry and research institutions.
