This is a collection of data presented in the form of time lines, showing all the major events of historical importance in each time period. The information is broken down by region, as well as by the categories of religion, science and technology, and the arts. Biographical time lines show the lifetimes of major figures in each division. The pages are on heavy paper and are loose-leaf bound for easy removal and photocopying. The publisher specifically states that anyone can copy any of the pages as long as it is not done for profit. Although this is not a textbook, each page could serve as the outline of study for a specific historical era and could be posted in the classroom or distributed to all students. Accordingly, this is an excellent addition to any school library for faculty use.
