One of the most important and unique sections for each career is “Landmarks,” which offers advice tailored to different age groups, from people in their twenties to those over sixty. “Notes from the Field” provides interviews with people already working in the career. A “Resources” section gives the reader three or four organizations and Web sites for further information. The Field Guides to Finding a New Career series is the perfect resource for anyone needing a good starting point for a career change, and the price is well within the budget of even a small public library.
