About the Author
Ada P. Kahn, Ph.D., is the author of The A to Z of Phobias, Fears, and Anxieties for Checkmark Books. She lives in Evanston, Illinois. Jan Fawcett, M.D., is a coauthor of the APA Practice Guidelines on the assessment and management of suicidal patients and is the chairperson of the DSM-V Mood Disorders Work Group. He lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
