The American public school system is the biggest business in the world. About the Author:
John H. Holcomb is Director, Cross Timbers School Development Council, Tarleton State University, which is a part of the Texas A&M University system. He is also founder and executive officer of the educational consulting firm, Holcomb and Associates.
