Review:
«Manuel Durán is a world-renowned poet, critic, and professor of literature at Yale University. His books on Spanish literature have won wide acclaim and recognition in America and Europe. Few individuals in our generation have embraced the poetic and literary tradition with greater comprehension, vision, and originality than Manuel Durán. With humility and profundity, Durán has sought to bring to the public the greatest figures of the literary world. His unusual gifts have given to his poetry and other writings a uniqueness which few have failed to recognize.» (William Kluback, Resident Professor of Philosophy, City University of New York)
