What had begun for Don and I as a simple curiosity about mediumship developed into a study of communication with the spirit world and the spiritual psychology of Dr. Peebles.

As a result of our encounter with the world of spirit, we immediately knew we had to share Dr. Peebles with the world. We also knew that To Dance With Angels would be a powerful and inspirational book. The heartwarming response from our readers over the years since the hardcover publication in 1990, and the three editions since, has confirmed that. As authors, we are pleased to know that our book has given new understandings about life and death, helped many through grief, and confirmed for many what they had always quietly believed.

Our contact with Dr. Peebles through the mediumship of Thomas Jacobson and more recently through medium Athena Demetrios, was life-changing for both of us. As writers and researchers of many areas of the paranormal, our studies into near-death experiences (Don had two of his own), past life regression, spirit communication, miracles, angel encounters, was invaluable. Don and I both looked at life in a somewhat different way as a result. The magic and beauty that we both believed life held was intensified by our new discoveries.

In the years that followed I was to learn just how very valuable it would turn out to be for me in a very personal sense. When Don died suddenly of a massive heart attack in October of 1995, I discovered that all my exploration into life after death and the world of spirit has made my journey through grief much easier than I would have ever dreamed. Don and I shared a special love, a deep bond, and I now know with certainty that death does not alter that love bond. I have found within, a peace and comfort since his passing to the other side. I am often aware of his presence at my side and his ongoing communication with me. He continues to give me inspiration and love.

For each of us, To Dance With Angels was a very important work. Not only did it lead us to new explorations and understandings but has brought so many wonderful people into our lives.

It is now time for Dr. Peebles to speak again, but this time he speaks through me. I am currently writing a follow-up book to To Dance With Angels which is based on the spiritual wisdom of Dr. Peebles, and his terrestrial life. My own psychic gift has expanded and I join the list of mediums for Dr. Peebles. My communication with him takes place clairaudiently at the computer as does my communication with Don. It is an exciting time in my life to be able to receive such wisdom and to share it with others through the written word.
