Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. Stated first printing 1977, this appears to be the third printing (see number line as pictured). Signed and warmly inscribed and dated by Julius Shulman on the front free page. A near fine book in the near fine/very good plus dust jacket. The book is absolutely clean and unmarked and appears very, very carefully read. The boards are clean, there is a significant dent on the top edge of the front and rear boards as pictured. The dust jacket is intact, clean and free of sunning or soiling, there is some moderate wear to the corners and a small closed tear at the top of the front of the spine and another one in the back top edge also pictured.
