About the Author
Schweitzer is a Consultant in corrosion prevention, materials of construction, and chemical engineering. Mr. Schweitzer received the B.Ch.E. degree from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn, New York. He is a licensed engineer in the state of New Jersey.
