Fue director y cofundador del Instituto Bíblico y Seminario Teológico de España así como rector del Seminario Teológico Centroamericano de Guatemala. Evis L. Carballosa (Ph.D.) is a well-known biblical scholar. He was the director and cofounder of the Instituto Bíblico y Seminario Teológico de España as well as the vice-chancellor of the Seminario Teológico Centroamericano de Guatemala.
