      About the Authors

      Fong Chan, Ph.D is the Norman L. and Barbara M. Berven Professor of Rehabilitation Psychology (Emeritus) in the Department of Rehabilitation Psychology and Special Education, University of Wisconsin-Madison.



      Malachy Bishop, PhD, CRC, is the Norman L. and Barbara M. Berven Professor of Rehabilitation Psychology in the Rehabilitation Psychology and Special Education Department at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Previously, he served as professor and doctoral program coordinator in the rehabilitation counseling program at the University of Kentucky and as Director of Research for the University of Kentucky's University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities, the Interdisciplinary Human Development Institute. He obtained his PhD in rehabilitation psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and his master's degree in rehabilitation counseling from Portland State University.



      Julie Chronister, PhD, CRC, is a professor in the Department of Counseling at San Francisco State University.



      Eun-Jeong Lee, Ph.D., CRC, LCPC is an associate professor of Counseling and Rehabilitation Science Division in the Department of Psychology at Illinois Institute of Technology.



      Chungyi Chiu, PhD, CRC, LPC, is an associate professor in the Department of Kinesiology and Community Health at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
