About the Author

Jack Erjavec is a Professor Emeritus at the Columbia State Community College in Columbus Ohio and he is an Editor for the New Business Development Delmar Publishers. He is also a Certified Master Automobile Technician by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). He is a participating member of North American Council of Automotive Teachers (NACAT) Coordinating Committee on Automotive Repair (CCAR) Car Care for Clean Air Committee-Salt Lake City Service Technicians Society (STS) and the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE). He is currently serving on the Board of Governors for the Automotive Training Managers Council (ATMC).
