About the Author

Robert Klinoff is a Battalion Chief/Fire Marshall for Kern County Fire Dept. and a 20yr fire service veteran. He is a certified Hazardous Materials Specialist and a certified Division supervisor Incident Commander and Safety Officer under the National Incident Qualifications System. He is also an instructor for the National Fire Academy and Bakersfield College a State Fire Marshall Certified Fire Officer and Master Instructor with a B.S. earned from California State University.
