About the Author

William Noel is the cofounder of Madison DON'T (Drugs Offer No Tomorrow), a nationally recognized community antidrug organization. He served in public relations for Faith for Today television and has been news editor for a weekly newspaper. Awards he has won include Best News Feature and Best Human Interest Feature. He is currently employed in business management in northern Alabama.
