About the Author
Dale P. Clemens is the founder of RodCrafters Journal and was the proprietor of the legendary Dale Clemens Custom Tackle. His work on custom rod making has made it one of the most important sectors of the entire fishing tackle industry. Now retired, he lives in West End, North Carolina.
