When the plans and promise of a lifetime are shattered...Can enduring hope still be found? Is it strong enough to conquer the overwhelming pain and loss? Many have experienced deep agony such as the death of a family member or loved one, but seldom has the overwhelming peace from God and hope to rebuild the future been so profoundly expressed as in this book by Fran Sandin. Through the difficult last days of her toddler son’s life, Fran explores the nature of God’s healing peace, showing how he turned her greatest loss into unimaginable good in her life and in the lives of others. Her story is an affirmation of God’s abiding peace that is available to us all in the midst of pain and loss.
