Report Writing came about as a result of my own unsuccessful search some years ago for a writing resource to help my son with his homework assignments. In spite of a number of trips to area libraries and bookstores, I was unable to find exactly what was needed -- a simple, easy to follow guide to writing reports.

In developing Report Writing, my goal was to create a clear, uncomplicated manual, integrating writing and organizational skills into a logical, sequential procedure. The handbook encourages students to approach the sometimes intimidating project of writing a report by breaking down the process into a series of manageable tasks.

Question: Would an interactive CD ROM version of Report Writing be a useful supplement (or alternative writing aid) for today's increasingly computer literate students? I am very interested in hearing from other parents and students, as well as educators, on the topic of writing reports -- and writing in general!
