About the Author
Mentored by Alain Ducasse and with two hip New York eateries to his name (the original Xie Xie and now the just opened and highly acclaimed Social Eatz on NY's East Side) Angelo is a fascinating blend of classically trained chef and modern visionary. He was voted one of the 100 Sexiest Men on TV in 2010 - and is GQ magazine's Smartest Chef Alive for 2011. He is currently involved in national campaigns for brands such as Porsche.
